    • Abstract:
      Presents a study which investigated the fabrication of epitaxially grown YBa[sub2]Cu[sub3]O[sub7] (YBCO?PBCO) mutilayer thin films on SrTiO[sub3] and LaAlO[sub3] substrates. Variation of the thickness of YBCO and PBCO; Indication of satellite peaks in X-ray diffraction patterns; Formation of the basis for Josephson devices.
