    • Abstract:
      Food additives are widely used in food production and processing. There is a big difference between food classification in catering industry and food industry. This paper summarized the use standards of food additives in China, and analyzed the current status of food additives used in catering industry at the same time. The application of food additives in food safety supervision and management of catering industry was discussed, and the use principles of food additives in catering industry were put forward. When using food additives, the catering industry should fully consider the use requirements of food additives, the principle of bringing in food additives, the food classification system in GB 2760-2014 and relevant regulations and requirements, so as to give full play to the effectiveness of food additives under the premise of ensuring the interests of consumers.
